12 month warranty*  We love keeping customers happy…it’s what brings them back. Not only do we provide a full 12 month warranty for all parts and repairs, we also cover you if you’ve made a mistake or simply changed your mind either by a replacement or refund.

*Please note: We do not cover for accidental damage caused. For example, if you’ve replaced the screen then drop your iPhone again! (If this is you, be safe and order one of our “tempered glass protective screens”!).

All orders placed before 3pm (working days only) are posted the same day. Orders placed on Friday will not arrive on Saturday unless a Saturday delivery method is selected. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be posted on the next available working day. No orders are posted nor are they delivered on Bank Holidays or Sundays.

We have a selection of delivery options available to suit your requirements.

We pride ourselves in offering the best customer service possible, it keeps our customers coming back and referring us to friends and family. As such, we have a 12 month, no quibble warranty on all parts sold by iPhoneFixUK. We don’t cover accidental damage (such as re dropping your phone and breaking your screen) but we do cover pretty much anything else. You can either claim for a new replacement or a refund…the choice is yours!

Terms and Conditions:

Warranty is valid for 12 months from date of purchase for parts.

If refund is preferred, delivery charges are non refundable (if purchase date is past 30 days).

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of claim but may take an additional 5 days depending on the payment method originally used.

Replacement parts will be sent out as quick as possible. Usually within one working day.
