Just like when you’ve purchased a new mobile phone, calibrating the battery is an important step to make. For mobile phones and tablets, after you have replaced the battery, charge to 100% and leave charging for 2 hours over full charge point. Use the device until it turns off due to no power. We advise doing this is the evening after a day of use. Maybe playing a HD quality film etc. Once done, charge the device to 100% without disruption. Although doing this once is usually enough, for ultimate battery calibration, repeat the process.
All orders placed before 3pm (working days only) are posted the same day. Orders placed on Friday will not arrive on Saturday unless a Saturday delivery method is selected. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be posted on the next available working day. No orders are posted nor are they delivered on Bank Holidays or Sundays.

We don’t cover accidental damage (such as re dropping your phone and breaking your screen) but we do cover pretty much anything else. You can either claim for a new replacement or a refund…the choice is yours!
Terms and Conditions:
Warranty is valid for 12 months from date of purchase for parts.
If refund is preferred, delivery charges are non refundable (if purchase date is past 30 days).
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of claim but may take an additional 5 days depending on the payment method originally used.
Replacement parts will be sent out as quick as possible. Usually within one working day.
