Shipping

Many of the orders that are placed with us include a battery. Many of our competitors are happy to ship these with Royal Mail or some other service that does not allow shipping of Lithium Ion batteries. We ensure that any of the services we use to ship batteries have agreed special terms with us to allow the shipment. Sometimes this adds an unavoidable delay to the shipping process. 

From our end we endeavour to ship order as soon as we practically can. Most orders placed before noon (working days only) are posted the same day. In fact our delivery run is usually quite a bit later than noon and therefore many orders placed through the afternoon will be shipped on the day of receipt.

Orders placed on Friday will not arrive on Saturday unless a Saturday delivery method is selected. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be posted on the next available working day. No orders are posted nor are they delivered on Bank Holidays or Sundays.

If your order is over £50 we will usually offer you a discount.
