HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Simply choose your part or accessory on the product page, then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We very often ship on the day of purchase. Various delivery options are available.

WHAT ABOUT THE RETURN PROCESS & TIME?

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

The best buying experience for our consumers is our top priority at iphonefixuk.co.uk. To expedite delivery and make sure your products reach you as soon as possible, we work with major carriers like Royal Mail and DX. We currently ship products to the UK only.

WHATS ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We offer both Standard Expedited Shipping services. These are calculated at checkout.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

DO YOU CHARGE RETURN FEES?

There is no restocking fee. We would expect the customer to pay for the cost of shipping back to us... however please contact us 1st as we may be able to find a better solution for you.

WHEN DO I GET A REFUND?

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING:

Please let us know and we will contact the courier for you. Tracking numbers can take a couple of days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, there is a problem with the package so please contact us if your purchase is delayed.
